Artist to transport precious cargo along the Cam

Caroline Wright, the City Council’s newly appointed artist in residence for the River Cam, wants to involve local residents and businesses in transporting a precious cargo – water – along the river. Lucy Milazzo spoke to Caroline about her plans.
