Every year Bridge the Gap raises funds for two local charities – Arthur Rank Hospice Charity and Romsey Mill. Sponsored by Cambridge Building Society, last year’s event attracted 800 supporters. Neil Thompson from Romsey Mill and Jodie Vaughan from Arthur Rank Hospice Charity tell Julian & Lucy about plans for this year’s event.

Securing the future of Community Radio

Cambridge 105 Radio is the Community broadcaster for the city and South Cambridgeshire.

Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.

If everyone who listens to our shows, our podcasts, the businesses we feature, helps to pay for it, our future would be much more secure.
