It’s claimed government targets on reducing carbon emissions will fail – unless there’s public support. Climate change experts say plans are needed for each part of the UK. When Stefan Haselwimmer from Cambridgeshire Climate Emergency joined Julian and Lucy, he said the problem is on our own doorsteps.
