Council rejects community bid for Mill Road Library

The County Councillor for Petersfield says the Council is wrong to sell off the former Mill Road Library. The Assets & Procurement Committee has rejected a community bid in favour of an unnamed individual with a background in the arts scene. Richard Howitt wants to bring together the bidder with the Community Group. He spoke to Julian Clover on Cambridge Breakfast.
