Lib Dems demand review of Folk Festival cancellation decision

Liberal Democrats in our city are demanding a review of the decision to cancel this year’s Cambridge Folk Festival. Opposition councillors want an extraordinary meeting of the council committee which oversees arts and leisure in Cambridge, to discuss what they say was a ‘bombshell’ announcement by the Labour-run council last week. Lib Dem Group Leader on Cambridge City Council Cllr Tim Bick spoke to Julian Clover.
