Cambridge Breakfast: Cambridgeshire Community Foundation Fuel Poverty Appeal

Cambridgeshire is one of the prosperous counties in Britain. Yet despite that many households simply cannot afford to keep adequately warm over winter. Cambridgeshire Community Foundation is launching a new appeal to address that. Julian & Lucy spoke to chief executive Michael O’Toole.
