Threat to city Tourist Information Centre

There are concerns in Cambridge that the city council’s £92 million civic quarter project does not include plans to keep a Tourist Information Centre inside the Guildhall. The current centre is run as an independent business by Will Bannell and Taj Khan Kalash. They’ve got 3 weeks to make their case to the council and say they’d welcome support from anyone in the community who wants to see the service stay. Will Bannell explained to Julian Clover that it’s not a conventional business.
