Cambridge Breakfast: Open Cambridge launch

Cambridge residents will be able to tour Cambridge United’s Abbey Stadium and walk down the player’s tunnel in a heritage tour being run as part of this year’s Open Cambridge. Next month’s annual event also includes the chance to explore the Mullard Radio Astronomy Observatory and view the gardens at Girton, Wolfson, Churchill, St John’s and Robinson Colleges. Zoe Smith is from the University of Cambridge which is organising the events and tells Julian what to expect.

Securing the future of Community Radio

Cambridge 105 Radio is the Community broadcaster for the city and South Cambridgeshire.

Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.
