On Tuesday’s Cambridge Breakfast we returned to this year’s Dragon Boat Festival. It’s being held on Saturday the 13th of September at Fen Ditton on the Banks of the River Cam. Lucy Morton is Executive Director, NewWave Events, told Julian what’s needed to take part.
