This week Book Night speaks to bestselling author, Victoria Hislop. Her first novel, The Island, has sold over two million copies worldwide. Her second novel, The Return, was a Sunday Times bestseller and The Thread, her third novel, followed suit. Her books have been translated into more than 20 languages. Paige Toon (centre with Leigh and Alex), leading chick-lit writer is in the studio chatting about her time at Heat magazine, her  young adult and women’s fiction books and juggling family life with writing.

Cambridge 105 Radio is the Community broadcaster for the city and South Cambridgeshire.

Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.

If everyone who listens to our shows, our podcasts, the businesses we feature, helps to pay for it, our future would be much more secure.
