Leigh Chambers present the fortnightly show featuring Cambridge-based writers. This edition’s studio guest is Natasha Pulley. Her debut novel The Watchmaker of Filigree Street received rave reviews, The Times HES calling it ‘a brilliant novel in which fantasy punctuates history’. She talks to us about blending fact and fiction, researching Victorian London and creating a clockwork octopus.
We also have interviews with author, Laura Barnett on writing something ‘fresh and different’ in The Versions of Us. And award winning poet, Liz Berry, on finding the beauty in a Black Country accent.
