The last time that the Voice of Cycling, Phil Liggett was in Cambridge was for the 2014 Tour de France. He returns this time for a special edition of Behind the Bike Shed, When Phil met Phil with Phil Mynott. Lesser known is his role as one of the UK’s earliest campaigners for improved conditions for all cyclists, his lifelong love of ornithology, and support for the environment. And as a regular Behind The Bike Shed listener, Liggett gets the chance to play Spin That Wheel, our three-minute cycling habit quiz.

Cambridge 105 Radio is the Community broadcaster for the city and South Cambridgeshire.

Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.
