Jan Moore sat outside in the sunshine to talk to Tim Redmond, conductor of the Cambridge Philharmonic, about the last concert of this season in Ely Cathedral on 9th July and his plans for the Society’s next season. Tim is on the conducting staff at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and his work as a freelance conductor takes him all over the world. Cambridge 105 Radio is the Community broadcaster for the city and South Cambridgeshire.

Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.
