Mark’s recommendations:
Elysium Black Muscat by Andrew Quady
Black Muscat, an under-appreciated Muscat variety, one of the very few black-skinned Muscats. Elysium is Greek for Heaven, a fitting association for this excellent wine made by Andrew Quady.
Majestic £12.49 a half bottle or £9.99 if you buy two
