Fees for using credit or debit cards are to be banned. Airlines and ticket firms impose some of the highest charges, but even some government bodies have fees with South Cambridgeshire District Council imposing some of the highest in the country.Julian Clover gets the views of Lib De m spokesperson for Finance on South Cambs, Philippa Hart.
