Kirk Bowett, an Army veteran, has had to rebuild his life in Civvy Street after the vehicle he was travelling in through the Middle East was hit by a blast The Cambridge father-of-two has refused to let this earth-shattering event dampen his enthusiasm for life and now devotes much of his time to raising awareness of Blesma, the charity which supports limbless veterans. He spoke to Phil Mynott.
