The number of people contacting Cambridge Citizens Advice Bureau more than doubled in the run-in to Christmas. The CAB dealt with over 1,000 cases in the last three months of the year. Julian speaks to Helen Crowther, research and social policy co-ordinator at Cambridge CAB.
