The Science Show 03/11/2012 – Dr Chris Lennard explains the need for The Cambridge Science Centre

The “Cambridge Science Centre” is a really useful educational attraction in the city centre. Ahead of its opening, founder Dr Chris Lennard tells Roger Frost what the centre aims to do for science education.

The Cambridge Science Centre opens February 2012 at 18 Jesus Lane, Cambridge (near the round church)  www.cambridgesciencecentre.org.

The next Science Show airs on Saturday 16th November 2012. Follow @105science on Twitter. If you have an event, a science business, or a science question to contribute email SCIENCE@cambridge105.co.uk

Securing the future of Community Radio

Cambridge Radio is the Community broadcaster for Cambridge and South Cambs.

Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.

If everyone who listens to our shows, our podcasts, the businesses we feature, helps to pay for it, our future would be much more secure.

You can support Cambridge Radio by giving monthly or by making a one-off contribution.
