Daniel Baker: Dr Sue Bailey

Local food scientist, lecturer, consultant and culinary historian Dr Sue Bailey joined Daniel in the studio.

Dr Sue has a PhD from King’s College in London and until recently worked at London Metropolitan University.

You might also recognise her from Channel 4’s Food Unwrapped and she runs the blog Cambridge Foodies.
