Medlock Sinfonia

£10.70The string orchestra, Medlock Sinfonia has raised thousands for local good causes, and on 16 March at 7.30pm, will be performing in St Mary’s Church in Ely to raise money for the Ely Foodbank supports hundreds of people in Ely, Haddenham, Waterbeach, Cottenham, Burwell, Soham, Chatteris and March.
16 brilliant musicians from Cambridge, London, Essex, Bedford and Norfolk will play some of the favourites from the classical music repertoire, including Albinoni’s Adagio, Mozart’s Eine Kleine Nacht Musik, Holst’s St Paul’s Suite. Guests from a Ely Choral Society will join us for some items such as Handel’s coronation anthem Zadok the Priest.
