Retro Duo – Fund Raiser

£5.00At the Portland Arms, Cambridge, Monday (23rd May) it’s Retro Duo, supported by Three Phase, a fund raiser for the Addenbrookes Hospital Charitable Trust, with all profits going to the trust. One of the band members is ward clerk (Larry) has arranged this off his own back to support the hospital.
The bands playing are Retro Duo – Larry and Mike have a combined 90+ years of experience playing live. One day, they hope to get it right (-;. They have a massive repertoire, covering the 50s through to the noughties, with plenty of hits and a lot to dance to. Though a duo, they play over a professionally-produced drum track, which means you get the full band sound.
Three Phase -a rock covers trio playing classic high energy songs you know and love, from Alice Cooper, Nirvana, Queen, The Kinks, Cream, Foo Fighters, Free, The Darkness, Van Halen and more! They also play a few of their own original songs.

Anybody who buys a ticket will automatically be entered into a free raffle on the night to win a hamper.
It should be a great night, with a huge cross-section of musical covers and original material, and all for a good cause.
