£8.50Bonham Company proudly presents the UK première of Repubblica. Featuring live music from the Girton Organ Scholar and unmissable performances in the award-winning Fitzwilliam Auditorium. This is the unforgettable debut of this upcoming Fringe play, for one night only.
What is the play about?
Experience the tragic love story that will shape a nation. Nedda, a teenage girl from Rome, emigrates to an intolerant island in the south of Italy after the Second World War. However, when she falls in love with an unpredjuiced but powerful local figure, she finds herself caught up in a political plot that will tear both her identity and all of Italy apart.
