Figures from Network Rail show that young people are at increased risk at level crossings throughout the summer months. Tina Hughes lost her daughter Olivia at Elsenham level crossing in December 2005 when she went to go Christmas shopping with her friend. Julian speaks to Tina and Alan Spence of Network Rail.
