SUMMARY:Scottish Country Dancing - Beginners Course
DESCRIPTION:Taking place at Turnstone Suite\, Cambridge Rugby Club \nFree 6-week beginners’ course\, taught by Saskia Frisby accompanied by Keith Smith on fiddle\, every Tuesday from 8 September to 20 October\, 7.30-9.30pm. \nScottish country dancing (SCD) is a wonderful way to make new friends and have fun whilst being active. It is traditional\, social dancing: you dance with a different partner each dance\, in sets with a number of other couples. No previous dance experience is required and no need for a Scottish connection! \nOver six weeks\, Saskia will take you through a structured programme\, teaching you the basic formations and steps\, developing your ability to enjoy an increasing number of Scottish dances.
