SUMMARY:Come From Away
DESCRIPTION:“Tonight we honour what we lost. But we also commemorate what we found.” \nCome From Away is the true story of what happened when 38 planes were redirected to the remote island of Newfoundland\, Canada when the US airspace closed for the first time in history in the immediate aftermath of 9/11. \n7000 people were stranded in Gander\, and taken in by locals. With a beautiful folk score by Tony- and Olivier-award nominated Irene Sankoff and David Hein\, Come From Away is a celebration of the power and community and kindness. \nThis production is suitable for ages 12 and over. \nNightly performances at 7.45 pm with matinees at 2.30 on Saturdays. \nTickets- £15.00 to £23.00 \nFor info go to https://www.adctheatre.com/whats-on/musical/come-from-away/ \n
