SUMMARY:The Big Christmas Switch On
DESCRIPTION:The Big Switch On will be taking place on Sunday\, November 17\, in Market Square. While the main switch on event won’t happen until 5pm\, there will be entertainment from  local performers starting at 12pm. \nThroughout the day\, there will also be performances from some local performing arts clubs and choirs. Kicking off the entertainment for the day is Cambridge based rock band\, Vintage Rec\, at 12pm. \nThere will be two performances from the Coleridge Community College from their Carnival Crew Drummers and Funk Band. If you are more into theatre\, the ADC Theatre Panto Stars will be taking to the stage at 4:40pm. \nThe range of acts performing for the event means there will be something for the whole family to enjoy. \nThe Big Switch On is completely free and can be attended by anyone.
