She will be in conversation with Megan Hunter\, author of The End We Start From (Waterstones Fiction Book of the Month May 2018; adapted for the screen starring Jodie Cromer) and The Harpy. \nAward-winning author of Small Pleasures Clare Chambers will be in the bookshop on Wednesday\, 23 October at 6pm to discuss her new\, captivating novel Shy Creatures – a life-affirming novel about all the different ways we can be confined\, the joy of freedom\, and the transformative power of kindness.
