Walking Tours with Qualified Guides
Friday April 2–Saturday July 31£5.00 – £15.00
The Society of Cambridge Tourist Guides are absolutely delighted to be able to start offering walking tours of Cambridge from Good Friday, 2 April.
Everyone has been stuck inside during the pandemic but now is your chance to get out and about, join a walking tour and see the highlights, learn the history and discover what makes Cambridge such a phenomenal place today. Even if you have lived in Cambridge all your life, there will be lots to discover!
Cambridge’s experienced guides will lead tours for 90 minutes every day at 11.00 and 13.30 starting from Great St Mary’s hurch – the big church in the middle of Cambridge. The guide will be waiting to meet you at the west end, in front of the church tower under the clock. The guide will be easy to spot as they will be carrying a poster advertising the tour.
The cost will be £15.00 per adult, £5.00 per child, child under 10 free and the tour will last 90 minutes although a shorter or longer tour can be discussed with your guide at the time. Please bring payment in cash as the guide will not be able to take cards.
There is no need to book, just turn up and prepare to be entertained!
