Walk in Anglesey Abbey Gardens
Monday February 1–Wednesday June 30
Anglesey Abbey is a National Trust property in the village of Lode, 5 ¹⁄₂ miles northeast of Cambridge, England. The property includes a country house, built on the remains of a priory, 98 acres of gardens and landscaped grounds, and a working mill.
In line with government guidance, the beautiful gardens at Anglesey are open for local visitors to access for walks. You will need to book your visit in advance.
Your visit will be a bit different to usual. The entrance is now located near to the car park and heads straight into the gardens. Thre is also have a separate, well signed exit. On arrival please follow the signs, there’s no need to rush, if you have to wait to give others space they’ll still let you in. The gardens have a new one-way system in place where path width is limited, so take your time to enjoy the nature around you.
To help keep everyone safe, please follow social distancing and government guidance when you visit. And look out for signs while you’re here which will explain any changes to how you can access different parts of the site. Pleases bring a mask.
