Yet calming your inner thoughts and being in nature are essential for your mental well-being. \nLed by Beckie\, a trained Life Coach and Hypnotherapist\, these mini outdoor retreats are designed to help you step away from life’s pressures\, reconnect with yourself\, and recharge in the peaceful outdoors. Held within the school day\, it gives you the perfect window for some me-time—without the kids even noticing! \nCome along  for a time of meditation\, mindfulness\, and self-reflection\, surrounded by nature’s calming energy.
