Why not declare a weekend of wellbeing by joining a friendly group of reflective walkers for this mindful meander along the quieter paths and into the stillness of the towering trees. David\, Mindful Green Coach\, will offer simple guidance for newcomers on the art of mindfulness\, before leading the group on a designated route inviting walkers to notice how the environment changes with the season\, inviting you to notice how we change too.
