Kick the Stigma – Musicians’ Charity Football Match

In the past 15 years, over 18,000 people have taken their own lives due to mental illness. Musicians from Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge are coming together, united in order to help fight statistics such as these.
On the 7th April 2019, well-known musicians from both areas will be battling out in a Charity Football Match, in order to raise money for the Mental Health Foundation. Come along and help raise money for this great cause.
Kick off will be around 3.00 pm, with doors opening an hour prior. The presentation ceremony will follow the game. Bury St Edmunds (BSE) will be led by The Glitter Shop, Guitarist; Barny Cutter, while Cambridge Musicians United will be captained by Danny Kingsley from History & Lore, with a plethora of other local acts playing. Including: GrassRoof, Staycations, Anthony Rubery, Tom Lumley and more.
