Custard Comedy at Storey’s Field

Thursday May 20Friday May 21

£10.00 – £12.00

Virus and Boris permitting, Custard Comedy will be back at Storey’s Field again, as they welcome Simon Brodkin and a full supporting line up to Eddington on Friday May 21st at 8.00 pm.

Named “the world’s most famous blagger” by The Daily Telegraph, untameable prankster and acclaimed character comedian Simon Brodkin has hit global headlines multiple times for his high-profile stunts. Most famously he handed Prime Minister Theresa May a P45 form during her keynote speech at the Conservative Party Conference and showered disgraced FIFA president Sepp Blatter with hundreds of dollar bills in bribe payments “for the North Korea 2026 World Cup bid”.

Chief support comes from Anthony King… who has a wealth of experience on the national comedy circuit, with over 20 years of gigs in top U.K. clubs, theatres, Arts Centres and at Festivals. He’s at home with a quiet listening audience as he is in the bustle of a rowdy club and has a set full of punchlines.

Also on the bill is Kate McCabe…Kate has been gigging on this side of the Atlantic for several years after starting her comedy career in NYC.

MC Ben Van Der Velde is a stand-up comedian, actor, improviser and presenter, who, over the past few years, has spread joy and nonsense to all four corners of the British Isles.

NB This is an outdoor gig and will be going ahead come rain or shine. Please dress accordingly! The gig comes with strict social distancing guidelines. These will be sent out a few days beforehand.

Over 18s only.

Tickets £10.00 online from https://www.wegottickets.com/event/514096 or £12.00 on the door
