Helen Goh has been a recipe developer with Yotam Ottolenghi for more than a decade and co-authored the bestselling baking book Sweet and the family food book Comfort. A trained psychologist\, she combines psychology practice with a cooking career\, becoming head pastry chef at a landmark restaurant in Melbourne\, Australia\, before moving to London. She will be in conversation with food writer\, historian\, journalist\, and author of The Heart-Shaped Tin\, Bee Wilson. \nThe event will take place at Waterstones Cambridge\, 22 Sidney Street\, Cambridge\, CB2 3HG.
