DESCRIPTION:Step back in time and join in for a Special Event celebrating the Home Front of the Second World War – on the 24th and 25th of May 2026. \nDenny Abbey and Farmland Museum welcome you to their annual 1940s Re-enactment Weekend – a highlight of the year and a firm favourite in their calendar. The museum will come alive with the sights\, sounds\, and spirit of the 1940s\, offering a truly immersive experience for all ages. \nThroughout the weekend\, historical re-enactment groups will be onsite\, bringing history to life with authentic displays\, demonstrations\, and stories from the era.
