Wandlebury Park Open Air Cinema Weekend

If you love magical forests, super-heroes and classic block-buster movies, then this is the perfect evening activity for you! This event brings al fresco screenings to the public in superb style. Set in the hub of Wandlebury, The Star & Mouse Picture Show is hosting a pop-up cinema that promises to be very magical indeed.

Expect great films, delicious hot food, out-of-the-ordinary beverages, and garden games. For the hungry there’ll be plenty to choose from on the menu; for the thirsty an outdoor bar; and for those of you seeking warmth hot water bottles for hire. And just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, there’ll be live music to enjoy before the film begins.

Friday 14 September – Screen 1: Thor: Ragnarok / Screen 2: Deadpool (Food by Pizza Passione)

Saturday 15 September – Screen 1: Grease / Screen 2: Gladiator (Food by Tin Kitchen)

NB: Entry price for adults -£12.00/under 12s – £7.00. It’s recommended to arrive at Wandlebury for around 6.00 pm to enjoy the pre-film food, drinks and entertainment – films commence approximately 7.45pm.

Food is available for purchase and picnics are not permitted. Card payments can usually be taken but it is advisable to bring cash also. Dress warmly for being outdoors and do prepare for the possibility of rain – in the event of poor weather every effort will be made to continue with the screening. Refunds will be given only if the event is cancelled in advance. Seating is provided.
