Calling all families in Cambridge and beyond! Grab your torches and get going – adventure awaits you this February half-term in Cambridge’s museums. For this year’s Twilight at the Museums 14 local museums and collections are opening their doors after dark for an epic night of wonder and discovery.
Twilight at the Museums is a free after-hours event for families where museums and collections across the city turn down the lights and open their doors for after-hours fun. With free, drop-in activities and themed trails across the venues, there is plenty for families to enjoy.
Pack a torch and experience some ‘Neon Navigation’ at All Saints Church, meet some Arctic explorers at the Polar Museum, set out on a scientific expedition across the Whipple Museum, and try your hand at code cracking with the Museum of Technology.
Pick up a copy of the Twilight What’s On programmes from all participating museums and other venues, or download one at https://www.museums.cam.ac.uk/whats-on/twilight-at-the-museums
What’s Ons are broadcast across the day at 7.30, 10.30, 1.30 and 4.30, and at weekends.
