Taking place in venues throughout Cambridge and the county, Summer at the Museums brings you everything from hands-on activities and storytelling, to drop-in events and museum trails.

Whether it’s something to do on a rainy day, an outing close to home, or a bit of craft-based creativity, we have loads of activities and events for you to choose from.

Participating are All Saints Church, Burwell Museum & Windmill, Cambridge Centre for Computing History, Cambridge Museum of Technology, Cambridge University Botanic Garden, Ely Museum, Farmland Museum & Denny Abbey, Fitzwilliam Museum, Great St Mary’s Church, Museum of Archaeology & Anthropology, Museum of Cambridge, Museum of Classical Archaeology, National Heritage Centre for Horse Racing & Sporting Art in Newmarket, Norris Museum in St. Ives, The Polar Museum, Saffron Walden Museum, Sedgwick Museum of Earth Sciences, St Neots Museum, Stained Glass Museum in Ely, Whipple Museum of the History of Science and Wisbech & Fenland Museum.
