Across the City and South Cambridgeshire
A 12 Week Course with author Penny Hancock at the Cambridge Union.
Too many writers abandon novels half way, unable to see a way to ‘break through.’ Budding authors often have fantastic ideas for novels. The long-term challenge can be an almost impossible task. What they need is the support, guidance and inspiration to complete them.
This 12-week course, developed by best-selling author, Penny Hancock, is designed to give novel writers the help they need to regain their inspiration and momentum, and provide a structure within which they can finish an initial draft of their novels. It will comprise 12 two-hour writing classes specifically created to help writers through their sticking points.
The course starts on January 9th, 11.00 am – 1.00 pm every Tuesday for 12 weeks. The course is priced at £840 per person. Early bird price of £799 is available if you book before end of November.
Penny Hancock is the author of the international bestselling novel Tideline – a Richard and Judy summer read in 2012. She has published two further novels with Simon and Schuster, The Darkening Hour and A Trick of the Mind, her fourth is due out in January 2016. A qualified teacher with many years experience Penny has taught on Guardian Masterclasses and has been a visiting tutor on ARUs creative writing program. Before becoming a successful novelist, Penny was a teacher and freelance journalist.
