Christmas is only a few months away, and if you live in Cambridge that means it’s time to get excited about the North Pole.
The much-loved, ice-skating, hot chocolate-drinking extravaganza pitches up on Parker’s Piece every year.
The North Pole Cambridge Christmas festival attracts visitors of all ages to chill and enjoy the cool activities and this year promises to be fantastic.
With a 770 sq m open-air ice rink, rides including a waltzer and dodgems, Alpine Lodge, traditional food treats and family favourite fairground rides, the event starts on November 17 and lasts until January 6.
The festival will offer a wealth of entertainment including food stalls selling fast and tasty treats from crepes to churros and an authentic German Swing Grill, along with traditional fairground rides for all the family, starting from £2.00.

Adult ice skating tickets are priced at £12.50, children aged 13 to 15 are £11.00 and children aged 12 and under are £10.50. A Family Skate Ticket for two adults and two children is £41.00, while a ticket for one adult and three children is £39.00.
What’s Ons are broadcast across the day at 7.30, 10.30, 1.30 and 4.30, and at weekends.
