Julian Clover and Lucy Milazzo were with Jamie Mountford for another delicious Friday Foodclub. This week Jamie brought along his sous-chef, Graeme Woracker, who plated up a stunning chicken liver parfait dish. We were also treated to a kirsch cherry cake with yoghurt crisp, white chocolate soil and a mixed berry compote – and we also got lots of great baking tips in time for next week’s Macmillan Coffee Morning.
